Global Glory (India) offers a 7-day NO QUESTION ASKED RETURN* from the day the product is delivered to you.

If you have received a damaged product, please initiate a return on our website within 3 days from the time of delivery. Our courier partner will pick the damaged product from your doorstep and will replace it within 7 working days at no extra cost.

In case, you didn't like the product you ordered, you have to send the product back to us on your expenses. Products damaged while being used do not qualify for a refund or replacement.

Before accepting delivery of any merchandise, please ensure that the packaging has not been damaged or tampered with. If you believe that the merchandise is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and call our Customer Care at 0120-4216753 or e-mail us at info@globalglory.in mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.

In case we are unable to replace the damaged / defective product, we will refund your amount.

In the event you return any product which is delivered to you in damaged/defective condition, we will also refund the shipping charges applicable to that item.

All products/items must be UNUSED. Since our product category includes candles, candle holders & wall décor; these can only be returned if they are unopened.

In simple words the returned product should be in a SALEABLE CONDITION, that is- products must be returned in original packaging along with original price tags, labels and invoices.

It is advised that the returned item should be strongly packaged so that there is no damage in transit.

Refunds
If client paid twice for one transaction, the one transaction amount will be refunded via same source within 07 to 10 working days.
